1. General provisions


The administrator of personal data collected via this website is EDPOL Food & Innovation Sp. z o.o., registered office address: Nowogrodzka 155A, 18-400 Łomża, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000507784, NIP: 7182139887, REGON: 200851648, e-mail address: HR(at)edpolfood.com hereinafter referred as the “Administrator”
Your data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR ) as well as national law.

“Cookies” means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website’s pages.
Administrator’s Cookies – means Cookies posted by the Administrator related to the provision of electronic services provided by the Administrator via the Website.
External Cookies – means Cookies posted by the Administrator’s partners via the Website’s website links.
Website – means the website where the Administrator runs the website, operating in the edpolfood.com domain.
Device – means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website pages.
User – means an entity for which services may be provided electronically in accordance with the Regulations and legal provisions or with which an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.
We make every effort to protect the interests of data subjects. We assure you that the data we collect is:
processed in accordance with the law,
collected for specific purposes,
factually correct for the purposes they serve,
not processed longer than necessary to achieve the purpose.We collect personal data in order to answer your questions by e-mail, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR.

 

2. Basic information on the processing of personal data


We process the following scope of your data:
– name,
– e-mail address,
– other data provided by you in the text of the message sent via e-mail.

You are not profiled – this means that your data is not processed in an automated manner to determine your needs or personality characteristics.

We do not trade your data. Your data is processed solely for the purposes described above.

The personal data administrator does his best to protect the rights of users whose data is processed and in particular ensures that this data is:
– properly secured,
– correct and, if necessary, updated,
– limited to what is necessary and adequate in relation to the goals,
– collected for explicit, legitimate and lawful purposes,
– processed in accordance with the law, fairly and in a transparent manner of the data subject.

Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data and correct it.

If you find yourself in a special situation that makes further processing of your data a threat to your privacy, you can notify us of this fact and request to stop or limit the processing.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Data processing period
We try to limit the storage time as much as possible. Your data will be stored by us for the duration of the correspondence, and then either will be added to our customer base or will be deleted.

If we see that you do not want to cooperate with us, the data will be deleted immediately from the working databases and from the backup copies within 30 days from the event recognition.

In the event of an unclear situation, the data will be stored for a period of six months from the date of sending the last correspondence and then deleted.
Cookies
Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter Users’ Devices this way. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and adjust the Website individually to each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain they come from, the storage time on the Device and the assigned value.
The administrator uses two types of cookies:
a) Session cookies: they are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory. The session cookies mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.
b) Permanent cookies: they are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending a browser session or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User’s Device. The persistent cookies mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.
The User has the option to limit or disable the access of Cookies to his Device. If you use this option, the use of the Website will be possible, except for functions which, by their nature, require cookies.
The service administrator uses external cookies to collect general and anonymous static data via Google Analytics analytical tools (external cookies administrator: Google LLC based in Mountain View, California, United States).
The User may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the User’s Device by Cookies. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence can be made by the User using the web browser settings or by using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about them each time Cookies are placed on the User’s device. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings.
The user may at any time delete cookies using the functions available in the web browser he uses.
Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the website of the Service.

SCOPE OF PROCESSED DATA
We will process the data that you provide to us in your CV, cover letter and other recruitment documents.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment (i.e. assessment of qualifications, education, work experience).
LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Remember, however, that withdrawing your consent during the recruitment process will prevent us from assessing your candidacy and possible employment at Edpol Food & Innovation.
THE SOURCE OF YOUR DATA
We have received your personal data directly from you in reference to the submitted application. We may also have received your personal data from other people who could recommend you as a job candidate. In this case, you will be informed up to one month from whom we received your personal data and we will provide you with an appropriate information clause.
RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA
Your personal data will not be transferred to other entities.
PERIOD OF DATA STORAGE
Your personal data will be stored:
– if you have not consented to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of future recruitments conducted by us,
– until the end of the recruitment process in which you are participating,
– if you have consented to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of future recruitments conducted by us
– your data will be stored by us for a period of 2 years.
YOUR RIGHTS
In reference to processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
– accessing to your personal data,
– rectification of your personal data,
– deleting your personal data,
– restrictions on your personal data,
– the right to place an objection of processing of your personal data,
– transferring of your data.
COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you can submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Office for Personal Data Protection – ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING, INCLUDING PROFILING
We will not make any automated decisions that would have legal effects on you or affect you in a similar way.
FREEDOM TO PROVIDE DATA
Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the recruitment process at EDPOL Food & Innovation. If you decide to participate in the recruitment process, the Administrator has the right to request personal data from you specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Labour Code.
